For companies undertaking any procedures at import, export, and customs authorities, the documents required to be included in the company file pursuant to the Customs Undersecretariat's Circular No. 81 are provided below for your information. The documents in question must be original or notarised and up-to-date.
Documents Required for Customs Company Registration File
- Trade Registry Gazette (1 original or notarised copy) (Establishment and any amendments)
- Signature Circular (1 original copy)
- Copy of Identity Card showing the Turkish ID numbers of authorised signatories (1 notarised copy)
- Taxpayer Status Letter (a letter from the tax office confirming your taxpayer status, 1 original or notarised copy, issued within the last 3 months)
- Chamber of Commerce Activity Certificate (1 original or notarised copy, issued within the last 3 months)
- Power of Attorney
- Company stamp (1 copy)
