It shall be prepared for submission to the Group Presidency of the Ministry of Economy.
- 1-Application Form (It shall be prepared on company letterhead, stamped and signed by company officials, indicating the name, surname and title. A sample is available in Annex 5.)
- 2-Signature circular (1 notarised copy)
- 3-Tareks Authorisation Undertaking (1 copy to be drawn up by a notary. A sample is available in Annex 6; the start and end dates must be specified)
- 4-Trade Registry Gazette (1 original or notarised copy) (Must be up to date, including establishment and any amendments)
- 5- Tax Liability Letter (1 original or notarised copy)
All documents except the application form must be originals or notarised copies.
Note: Once the documents are submitted to the Ministry of Economy Group Presidency, the system can be activated within 1 working day.
