- Trade Registry Gazette (1 original or notarised copy) (Establishment and any amendments)
- Signature Circular (1 original copy)
- Copy of Identity Card showing the Turkish ID numbers of authorised signatories (1 notarised copy)
- Tax Liability Letter (a letter from the tax office confirming that you are a taxpayer, 1 original or notarised copy, issued within the last 3 months)
- Chamber of Commerce Activity Certificate (1 original or notarised copy, issued within the last 3 months)
Companies importing textiles and accessories shall prepare the following documents in addition to the above documents to be submitted to the Ministry of Economy and the relevant Exporters' Associations.
- 1-Power of Attorney (1 notarised copy)
- 2-Importer Information Form (1 original copy certified by a Chartered Accountant) as per Annex 2
- 2.a- Relevant YMM chamber registration certificate (1 original or notarised copy)
- 3-Consulate-approved ‘EXPORTER REGISTRY FORM’ belonging to the foreign exporter company
- 4-Undertaking for the Registration Certificate
