- Official Turkish invoice
- Packing list
- ATR for exports to the European Community (issued by us)
- EUR1 certificate for countries with which we have agreements (issued by us)
- Certificate of Origin for other countries (issued by us)
- For exported goods requiring special documents, a Control Certificate, Agricultural Report, Health Report, etc. is obtained by us as requested.
- For exports based on an Inward Processing Authorisation, the original Inward Processing Authorisation or a notarised copy.
- Information about the exporters' associations you are affiliated with.
Documents Required for Import Procedures
- Original invoice for imported goods
- Insurance Policy (if applicable)
- Freight Bill (if the transaction is F.O.B.)
- Bank Transfer Receipt (if payment is made in advance)
- 6% KKDF Receipt (if payment is not made in advance)
- Bill of Lading
- Packing List
- ATR or EUR1 certificate for goods to be imported from Europe
- Declaration of Value Form (prepared by us)
- Pre-Entry Status and ATR Certificate for the Zone (for Free Zone Companies)
